Message in a bottle

Well, this will be interesting. It's my very first blog.

I found myself wondering why people would want to type in their random thoughts and cast them away into the flotsam of cyber-space. I think it's about connection.

Like placing your thoughts in a bottle and casting it adrift into the ocean, this, too, involves a certain curiosity as to where the message will end up and the ripples it will cast.

Introspection aside, I will send this off and see where it lands.

Next time I'll discuss another favourite musing: the modern-day Oracle.
